Doddabetta

Botanical garden

This is a place for flower and nature lovers, it conducts the famous flower show every year in the time of May. The Botanical garden maintains a fossil tree trunk which is about 20 million years old.

Madumalai Wildlife Sanctuary

The Madumalai Wildlife Sanctuary is situated in Nilgiri hill which also borders the state of Kerala and Karnataka. The sanctuary spreads the area of 321 square kilometres. Elephant, Gaur, Tiger, Panther, Sambar, Spotted Deer, Barking Deer, Mouse, Wild Boar and Porcupine are the species of animals in the Madumalai Wildlife Sanctuary.

Government Museum

St. Stephen’s Church
